• „The King´s Speech‶

  In the Oscar-winning film „The King´s Speech " there is a scene where we learn that a speech therapist of King George VI in fact does not possess a diploma entitling him to practice. The King does not mind. But others do. In Germany a craft can be performed only by those included in the appropriate list in Handwerkskammer. Polish craftsman can obtain a special permit to engage in crafts in Germany under either § 8 or § 9 of Handwerksordnung (HwO).
